Sounded good, better than 1 in Poland - Radio 1 DJ said the Polish played a casette version. The guitars at the start sounded bloody nice... and Liams Voice, well the version on the radio made his voice on the one from Poland sound shit (sounded strangely like a grown up, confident Liam and I dunno why).
Everything just sounded a whole lot crisper and of a higher quality, which made the whole thing even better!!!
Unfortunately the end of the song was cut, it just faded out at the end of the last chorous... ah well you cant have everything.
The best thing was the public reaction... lotsa phone calls and txts saying sounds like "a more mature Oasis playing classic Oasis" one woman said "I guess its time I started to like Oasis again" which means it's gone down well with almost every one so far - although 1 Jerk asked if the Beatles had reformed... show me a Beatles track that sounds like Lyla and I'll give u a shiney new penny ;D

Not relay... but the quality of the Radio 1 version made the track sound much better than the Polish rip... the druming and guitars are much better and Liams voice sounded top draw (even better than on the Polish cassette which is saying something!)... no real change other than everything sounding better... guitar fills included (sounded crisper and clearer) I think you'll like it more than the Polish rip when you hear it - weather ur a fan of the song or not

Listening to the Polish version again - compared to the Radio 1 version it sounds a bit dreary, a bit dindgy a bit of a droan - the one on Radio 1 this morning sounded somehow fresher and more vibrant

the gap between first airplay and eventually being released is rediculous! Alot of people will download it and not bother with the single, or will simply be bored of it! I'll be buying it though! ;D ;D

I know. I think it's good, but to be honest I don't know if it's one of those tunes that will get a lot of new fans on board. I hope they realise that the release date is gonna have to be sooner if it's gonna be a #1

I personally thought the Polish radio rip sounded better. Most British pop stations (expecially Radio 1) add a shitload of effects on it's output to make it louder and it sounds horrible sometimes.

I was a bit dissapointed that the single edit completely leaves out the outro. The outro is superb when the drums get faster and faster - on the edit it just fades out on the chorus.

It may have been the radio station that faded it out! They don't give a fuck about doing that normally!
