OASIS IN HOUSTON
18 March 2005
Oasis have announced they will be touring the United States through September and October this year. It's a simply unmissable three act bill that includes Special Guests Jet, as well as introducing the UK's hottest new band Kasabian.*
The first show to go up on sale with this sensational three band line up will be in Houston Texas. Oasis return to Houston for the first time in seven years to headline the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on September 25th. Tickets for this show (priced at just $45 reserved, $25 lawn) go on sale on Saturday March 26 at 10.00am.

(my two cents):
I think it'd be rather nice if they didn't annouce the US tour one show at a time like this, so those of us who'd like to see a couple shows know which ones are coming closest to us before we decide where we'd like to go.
Just my feelings on the matter. Anyway, come on Houston with some support for our lads.

Yeah kalas, def going to NYC, but I'd love to see another show if they're coming through the mideast again, especially Cleveland (where I live currently) or elsewhere in Ohio, or Indianapolis (my hometown).

Yeah kalas, def going to NYC SO we can count you in as part of the piss up at the molly ...im tryin to get a idea of how many people right now its at around 18 with mr shankly and his mate from canada with u we are nearin 20 if it gets over 30 i will call the molly to maybe set up a area for us .or we can just take it over  ;D |

Aw, man... I haven't decided yet what I'm doing beforehand. I figured I'd save any decision making on that sort of thing for just before the gig, since people change their mind and plans change in 3 months (only 96 days to go!!! I can't fuckin wait!!!). But sure, count me in mate. I'll have my bro Evan with me -- not a member of this board but he's almost as mad fer it as me.

Oh yeah, I'll be right pissed, you can count on that. I'm more interested in what to do after the gig though... I got a flight leaving at 630 in the morning and no hotel room -- I need to find an all night afterparty. (I'll be lookin for some action, a nice ripe pair, some cigarettes, & alcohol)  |
