From the magazine - Its brief, but the first I've heard of Oasis in the magazine for awhile. And I know this is not breaking news.
IN THE NEWS
OASIS will perform their first Los Angeles show in five years at the Hollywood Bowl on September 12th. Like the previously announced east coast dates, this show will feature opening act JET

Yeah and Creed I'm not renewing my subscription this time and someone actually called me from the magazine to ask why cos I've been getting it since 1992. I told them the truth. Your politics are way far too left for me and you praise shitty music and that was it. |

I don't like all the rappers they focus on either but to be fair, they're really a pop culture/lifestyle mag and I don't know if they were ever really just a rock magazine at all. But too far left is right. I read parts of the Eminem interview they did when his current album came out and for them to not ask him any real questions about politics (that he couldn't have answered for the life of him) makes me never want to touch that rag. |
