NME talking to Noel in an interview after the NME awards in which oasis scooped best DVD for Definitely Maybe's 10 year celebration

how do you describe the last 12 months?
"Difficult. Not in that everyone's been feeling down, just frustrating that we thought we got to the finishing line (with the new album), but when it came to it, it just wasn't worthyof putting out. And the longer we took, the better it had to be. It's done now - its out on may 26th. The last day we were in the studio until 7am I like doing stuff like that under pressure."

Got any titles for us?
"The ear has no memory is one. You smirk when i say that, but its true. We've got a few. There are 12 songs, I've written six, liam three, gem's done one and andy's done two. It's good but its about a track too long for my liking. And i want it all to be perfect"
