UPDATE 4.16.05: Appears as though they released some more side view seats... looks like they're almost behind the stage from the seating diagram -- sec 70, 119 etcwww.ticketmaster.com/event/1D003A41CD2A5D6D?artistid=766720-------------------------- (old) UPDATE: It looks like there are some pretty good seats that just got let go in section 223 (halfcourt-ish, halfway up) on ticketmaster, if anyone's still needing MSG tix. i checked your right they must have released the obstructed view and behind the stage seats cause of the demand ,,thats common for msg but the seats they are offerin suck sec 220 330 if people arent lucky enough to have a seat wait til the 22nd asnd try a scalper late u will be able to get a good seat for not much over face if over at all ..ive done it for tons of concerts at the garden,the who stones van halen rush
and always come thru with a better seat than obstructed view...jmo

yeah i just checked and there offerin 223 for 75 bucks ..its a good seat ,,,im happy with my fllor seat at 61 bucks thats a bargain

Outrageous? Check out Santaras and U2 tix, thats out of control. I think Oasis are chargina good deal but they are lookin out for us at the sametime.
On a side note god I wish ticket master hadnt fucked me out of my floor seats, but its the experience that matters right. So lookin forward to meeting you guys.

Yeah, I don't think the prices are terribly expensive. I paid $90 per for crappy balcony seats for U2, in fucking Cleveland of all places. $70 or whatever it was for lower level/floor seats at the most famous arena in north america is reasonable in my book. Hell, the front row tix I got for the Cleveland Oasis show cost less than I usually pay to take a date to the fuckin orchestra.

They're releasing seats that would never be offered for sale under normal circumstances, but since it sold out so quickly, and demand is still pretty good, they figure they'll make an extra buck by seeing who wants the side and rear view seats that you can't even see the entire stage from. |
