How does will-call work?

I'm from mexico and I want to go to the chicago or the detroit show, and apparently they don't have ticketfast, so, I'll be going with will-call.
but it says the cardholder must pick up the tickets, but the credit card belongs to my dad! so how can I pick up the tickets?

help me out first, this is my first oasis gig!

You must have the credit card to pick up the tickets. They may ask for additional ID, but since it would be international and you can just say you're an authorized user of your dad's card, I doubt there'd be any questions. If you can hold the tickets at will call and bring your dad's credit card with you, you should be fine.
