hey guys, watchin familiar to millions again. i got a question about the interview part of the dvd. about 3:00 minutes into the discussion, noel is going through oasis' past cd's. after he talks about WTSMG, he picks up Be Here Now and says something. "this should have been..." . i can't tell what he says. anyone know?

thanks for replying. i don't know why people dislike the album so much. theres some great tunes on there. i guess because of the over production of it, but i'd take any song on there over 'force of nature' any day.

i dont want to sound like a vagina but not sure how i can say this without sounding like one but i think the quote is "the great est rock n roll swindle" after the sex pistols album titled "the great rock n roll swindle" suggesting that be here now would go one better or worse as it was. thanks for replying. i don't know why people dislike the album so much. theres some great tunes on there. i guess because of the over production of it, but i'd take any song on there over 'force of nature' any day. i dont think people disliked it so much,, i think the majority were hoping 4 another DM, WTSMG with alot of great 4 minute tunes to be the soundtrack of there summer. and what they got was alot of epic 6plus minute songs that seemed to never end. i personnaly love the album and think its brilliant! but when a band comes out with 2 monster lps like OASIS did expectations were bound to be way 2 high 4 any band to live up to. its just my opinion but i still believe if any other band would have released BHN it would have been well recieved because of the quality of tunes(stand by me,dont go away,magic pie,ect ect) but because it was the follow up to glory it was a 7 million copy "failure". thats it too many vodkas im ramblin time to listen to BHN now that im feelin the vibe |
