my favorite sports team is the new york rangers (ice hockey). that's the nyr part. i'm going to break it down for you brits who have no idea what the nhl is.
the 40 represents the last time they won the championship (ever heard of the stanley cup? it's the trophy)
the 1994 was the year they won their first stanley cup in 54 years. it was the deciding game 7, with home advantage. it was a come from behind win. it was one of, if not THE greatest sports moment that new york has ever had.
there you go

Yea, cheers, rangers are one of my fav. teams.
Ringo on the album would be pretty sweet...doing what tho? Singing a tune, probably or maybe drumming. But singing would be really cool...
