bit dissapointing not to hear anything that ive not heard before though. nice hearing noel talking bout take me and colour my life.
i wish someone asked him the names of the new tunes. i bet the one thats been done for ages is stop the clocks cause noel said hes singing on the one thats finished. it must be good if liams sulkin cos hes not getting to sing it.
cant wait for something new.

I think that the major problem with this album is that they probably have 10-15 average tracks like the ones at Glasto/Poole. Noel keeps delaying and reworking because he's hoping to strike gold or some kind of inspiration. If the best they got after 2 albums produced is what they got, then stop delaying. If something really great comes along, they can always release it on the next album.

I think the track thats been done for ages with Noel singing could be.. "Solve My Mystery" from the SOTSOG demos.. Just my theory but I think "Stop The Clocks" was written more recently (if it exists!) according to what I have read in past interviews.

Stop the Clocks exist, cause Noel spoke of it after the Glasto gig saying that it was too long and was supposed to be heard when one is "very high".. don´t think it could be solve my mistery cause that´s from 2000.. if they were to have used the song, they would have done it on heathen chemistry.. |
