ive heard no views on what people felt of a bell will ring from glastonbury!

i personally thought it was a very good song, considerin it probably isnt the finished article, first time played live(2nd if ur countin poole!?)
its a happy song and makes me feel a buzz that i havnt felt for a while, maybe its anticipation of oasis new material, but i love the song!!

hopefully the newtunes will be similar quality and if they are....were in for a classic!!

Erm,

I hope with all my heart the other new songs will NOT be as A bell will ring.
I think its not that good as everything else theyve made.
IMO its the same quality as PYMWYMI, or All in the mind.

all in the mind is of a higher standard tha pymwymi but i agree that a bell will ring is not that great. i love oasis and everything they do but after getting both versions of a bell will ring (poole and glasto) i am quite dissapointed. but ive got faith that the album will be good cos for every i can see a liar theres a go let it out.

i believe ABWR is just not the best live song, i mean not quite a good live song. having some effects added it may turn out to be a killer of a hymn on the new record.

btw. i quite like PAITM but as for the new record it seems that in the end they are leaving it all behind.

The "thrill" of a bell will ring wore off very quickly for me...at first I thought it was an OKAY song, but it did not blow me away. After about 5 listens I got very bored with it and really haven't listened to it since. I think the same goes for All in the Mind.

Maybe the studio version will be mind blowing, as liams voice sounded like shit...the melody didn't move me really because it was like growling really. His vox performances sounds very different in the studio...(hindu times live debut vs the studio version)...Am guessing it's his microphone and vox mixing.
