from what Ive heard- there only seems to be 2 chords. the chorus just reverses the verse. Very very simple.

Meaning Of Soul goes:

verse : G E
chorus: C G D A
C G (the last G is held into the 2nd verse)

this song is hardly proper when taking music theory into account, they may be the best band to ever exist, so they can get away with whatever they want!

You can't really tell much about a songs value if you just look at the chords, Tomorrow Never Knows being the obvious example. And if you change the key in some songs, you'll end up with a bunch of songs being basically the same(Whatever, Don't Look Back...) but everyone knows that, it's not relevant when their music still makes you get up in the morning with a smile though you're going to work all day just to pay the rent. This town holds no more for me... :'(
