I can only speak for NYC venues (NYC is considered an Oasis Hub in the States)
The band has no problems selling out 3 nights at Radio City Music hall ( aprox 6 k seats). I guess it all depends on the PR and album support they get from Sony which equaled Zilch up until now.

They usually sell out arenas when they play Toronto. The past few they played at the amphitheatre and it holds aboot 17000.

I know they get sold out in the states here. There big, but nearly as big as the Fan base in the UK. My bird said that when she was going to school over there, the crowds were intense and she begged a bouncer to let her in for the last song. I mean hell, when on tour these guys sell out in a heart beat!

the last time they were in new york, it sold out in less than 5 minutes. then they added another, which sold out in as much time.

HC and SOTSOG not even entering album top 20.. because sony did shit for oasis in the u.s. the only tv appearance i saw was conan o'brien ('little by little'). even though i don't watch mtv (haven't since 1996's unplugged, which i taped and still keep close to me wherever i go ;D) or vh1, i flipped repeatedly to both those stations and have NEVER seen an oasis video from SOTSOG or HC. even before then. the only oasis music video i ever saw on tv was 'all around the world', when i was in paris (it was on mtv europe). swear on my life.

The US sucks as far as Oasis is concerned...The only album I've ever seen in stores is Familiar to Millions. The rest I had to "borrow" from the library Perhaps the re-release of Definitely Maybe will put them back on the shelves...I certainly hope so. As for tours, I've given up on ever seeing them live, unless I fly myself overseas.

Thanks for the info If you're 2 hours from cleveland and 4 from Cinci would that make you close to Akron. B/c they played at this tiny place in 2000 I believe, in Akron called EJ Thomas Hall and it can't fit more than 500 in it, if that. I'm hoping they'll play there again.

I have been living under a rock I think. Akron's on the other side of the state from where I live, but I'd go there too. Perhaps they'll come to all three cities, and I can see them three times!

Ya well they haven't been to Texas or hardly anywhere in the south in a very, very long time. I'm going to see them in the UK on the next regular tourdates.
