Britpop party poopers Oasis have - in all their strop-throwing gloriousness - decided to pull out of headlining this year's Glastonbury Festival. Apparently, they're just not going to get their album completed if they take time out to perform.
According to tabloid sources, Noel and Liam are currently working non-stop in the studio to try to meet their September deadline. The source told the Star: "They really, really, want to perform, but they have been banned from working on any other projects because there have been so many behind-the-scenes problems."
The release date of the Mancunians' sixth album has already been put back from Spring and Noel fears it might not even be ready by September: "The album's not going to be out until the end of the year at the earliest!"
Well, maybe a little less brother nit-picking and Darkness back-biting is in order, eh chaps?

Well, maybe a little less brother nit-picking and Darkness back-biting is in order, eh chaps? source BBC TOTP Even though this supposed back-biting has been the Darkness on Oasis rather than the other way round . Is a shame Oasis can't do Glastonbury but there will be other gigs in the next year or so to look forward to!

WOO-HOO! bless you gallagher bros for pulling out of glastonbury.
i didnt get a ticket!
hippy fuckers.
at the same time, if i had got a ticket i would have been really pissed at those two vaginas for pulling out.
fuckers.
you sure webby?
playing a gig has nothing to do with an album being released.
the clash did gigs and records were released but the gigs came first.
an album not being ready does not excuse a band pulling out of a show!
am i wrong?

i think tv always shows some parts of the performances ..off the headlining acts at least..which would be fair enough wouldnt it..
