tryin to work out what time colin murrays show starts (i think 8pm, its 720pm here now)

btw....
colin murray was probably THE most instrumental figure in getting the darknesspoofters into the big time

it was quite good. He said the new album was going quite slow because they dont have a drummer. He said the album will be more or less written by everyone.
He talked about the darkness and said he liked growing on me and when he heard about them thought hed love them because they were pissing a lot of people off, but when he saw them thought they were a bunch of squares and something else i cant remember.
thats about all i can remember actually

- 10 songs demoed- maybe a couple more, Noel has been drumming on a few but reckons they need a better drummer for a few of the songs, the interviewer (Colin Murray) suggested Dave Grohl as he is a rent-a-drummer, Noel laughed and said no he is too wacky.
- Noel said he either writes all the songs or picks all the songs, he's not bothered.
- Liam has got a song that sounds exactly like The Who and it's mega, called Love is like a Bomb.
- Because they have got their own label their is no pressure for them to get the record out, and hope to have out by the end of the year. ( Sooner please.)
- Regarding The Darkness, Noel said he really likes their song, Growing on Me (?) but saw them and thought WTF, and they supported Robbie at Knebworth, Noel called it nobstock or something.

Yup, thats pretty much what he said.
He said he did drumming where he could, they have been trying to get in various drummers to do the other stuff. He said they are waiting for drummers to become available, so have been a bit delayed.
He said he likes listening to the other members songs, because he can listen to them without scrutinising, but with his he is a bit more picky.
