Well, I can pretty much garuntee you that most people who look at your question will probably say "A Night At The Opera", simply because it's their most popular (because of Bohemian Rhapsody, of course)... but personally, I agree... there's just too many good ones to make a single decision. Freddie Mercury was one of those frontmen who just made gold out of everything he did.
