I'd honestly like to know who is into them?
I will admit that some of their songs are catchy, but I am not a fan of their musicality or their altogether sound.
Their album doesn't interest me, but I don't how they are live, other than decked out in 80s apparel and make-ups.
What do you think?

I like them a lot. Their lead singer is kind of an idiot though. I saw them live a few months ago in a club here in Dallas with about a thousand people, and it was a great performance, but I've heard other live performances of them, and their singer is not always the best live. Sometimes he is pretty good, and sometimes he sings off key.

When I first heard of them last year sometime, I got the album and thought it was great. Played it loads, especially MR BRIGHTSIDE. But after a while everyone else started getting into them, and the songs were played everywhere which got annoying and I got sick of em. Fair band I'd say.

I caught them at T in the Park, and they were good, but they didn't really get the crowd into the new track they played. I know it can be difficult especially at a festival, however, Razorlight did it with ease.

I don't see what the fuss is about them really. To me they just look and sound like an 80's throwback band.

haha.... I prefer Franz Ferdinand, but they are absolutely out of it live. I've heard them a few times. They're pretty intense sonically, but the vocals aren't at all very appealing. I don't think he's got much....... range

I love the album - some great songs on it, but I've yet to see them be anything but average when they play live.

Fair band I'd say. tell me about it, i heard about them first in october 2003, when danial radcliff from the harry potter films was on jo whileys show i think it was , and he was ranting about the killers, and they played mr brightside, and i downloaded it when i came home, ranted about them for ages and no one would listen fs, everyone loves them now thou, too many passive fans

utter shite - a teeny-boppers band -sure the kiddies and teenage girls of today like them but by the time they go away and come back with a new album, a new shiny, plastic band will have usurped them. I doubt they will get past their second album... and thank fuck for that.

LUV THEM! I've seen em live 2x this past June and both times, I was standing front row right infront of Brandon. Pure Bliss. Great band live and Hot Fuss is still in heavy rotation on my iPod...Can't get sick of it for some reason. I'm seeing em again in September when they do NYC again! Gotta luv a band that tours this much.

i wouldnt profess to being a fan of them but give me the bravery any day over the killers. Eh. Not too keen on The Bravery's CD. I have it and I can honestly say it has about 2-3 good tracks tops. Hot Fuss has about 8 out of 11. About a year ago it was considered cool to be a Killers fan before all the teenboppers discovered em. I dont really give a flying fuck...I've always liked em and Im not ashamed to proclaim it. Same with Oasis...its been 'out of fashion' to like em since WTSMG but we all don't give a fuck what other people say. U like what u like.

Hot Fuss has about 8 out of 11. You evidently have a different version of Hot Fuss than I do cos the one I own is barely fit to be a drinks coaster...

Except I never got a chance to use it coz I sold it to a used record shop a few days later. I'm sure some poor soul somewhere in NY has used its CD sleeve as toilet paper.

simple fact is neither the bravery or the killers will be making music in 3 years time - i guess owning either one is something for the future so you kids can look at your record collection and laugh about what you considered 'cool' and 'good music' in the middle of the 00's

Yar.... I suppose I finally found someone who take the same view as I do!
Agreed completely on the point about making it to a third record.
