Only used to listen Oasis 24/7 and occasionally 2pac.. Recently, got 3 of Ian Brown's albums.. Never really listened to Ian Brown, until he done his song with Noel. Gotta say, some great tracks there!! Absolutely love F.E.A.R! Also had to get the Bape jacket! lol

Ian Brown is god pure and simple, there is no argument with that. Anyone who does argue is obviously a fool.
You just have to think: 10 best frontmen in the history of music, Ian will always be their, he mightnt be the best singer, but what a presence on stage. John Squire is in the top 3 guitarists ever to pick one up, Mani is the best bassist no matter what he says himself, and Reni...Well Reni speaks for himself. He is easily the best drummer to ever pick up 2 drumsticks.
So in conclusion Ian Brown = God Stone Roses = Best Band EVER!!!!!!!!!

good to know some things never change ds hey H - you have great taste in music, you're cute, and....you're over 16! you get to marry me now!! arent you lucky?? mape - you're my bitch. i treat you bad and you love it. anyway, back on topic - yeah Ian Brown is great and a complete legend. doesnt get the credit he deserves. I love some of his solo stuff - songs like Dolphins were monkeys, my star, fear, corpses in her mouth... But his albums can be patchy. Whats everyone's opinion on his latest? i havent heard it yet.

Id actually rate Solarized as his best album to date. Just superior to MOTS which was an amazing album. But Solarized is a definite grower, some songs seem poor when you first hear them but i dont think there is even an average song on the album. Fucking amazing artist, truely amazing. And im going to see him next Wednesday, he played in Dublin last night and had UNKLE with him and its the same tour im going to see in Limerick, he played 6 roses songs and finished with "Adored". Im going to cry like a little pansy but i dont care
