Apart from oasis, which i imagine is everybody's favourite all time band here, which are your other top 5? mine's are in this order: 1- beatles 2- the stone roses 3- the libertines 4- the doors 5- pink floyd and oasis beats them all by far!! and if i could add more they would be, in no order: the verve, led zepp, stereophonics, rolling stones, trex, genesis, zztop, strokes, aerosmith, bob dylan, clash, guns 'n roses, kings of leon, nirvana, primal scream, ramones, rem, sex pistols, zutons, who, killers, velvet revolver, kinks...and more!

i cud go on about all my favs but theyre the same as everybody else like stone roses, verve, libs, white stripes, primal scream, stereophonics, the music, the manics etc, but a real big band.artist for me is BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, if you're in douibt, buy/download his born to run album and you'll see exactly what i mean, seriously, theres a reason he breaks the world record for grossing cash every tour he does, cant think of a bigger artist in the world today, well two years ago anyway when he had an album out, he sold almost as many tickets as oasis did in the same year within the uk and he only did 5 gigs

My list would go something like this: (OASIS first of course)
Queens of the Stone Age Incubus Led Zeppelin Foo Fighters The Beatles Rage Against the Machine Stone Temple Pilots David Bowie Spacehog Radiohead The Red Hot Chili Peppers Jimi Hendrix The Dandy Warhols Sigur Ros
(I've never seen anyone else that's a massive fan of Oasis and Queens of the Stone Age in any of these posts on the net, just thought that was interesting, although I read somewhere that Bonehead was a fan and Noel really liked QOTSA's song "Feel Good Hit of the Summer")
