wos on rolling stones rock n roll circus, 1969...very real, not quite rare, but I haven't seen video of it. (The show remains unaired to this day)

the best performance of that night was the who's 'a quick one, while he's away.' it was one of the big reasons why rnr circus wasn't released until 1996-ish: the who upstaged the stones.

yeah, i've got that video too. god clapton is just fantastic!! mike joining 'em would have been amazing, at least just dancing instead of that guy/girl covered by a black sheet you can get it from kazaa

Ive only seen the dirty mac(lennon, clapton, richards, mitchel) video. Its classic man just watching all them guys play together is mad. That guy-girl thing dancing in black is yoko.
The rock n roll circus is a good album. The who sound amazing on it. Good to hear the dvd is coming out must get that.

yeah, it was. in this argentinian show were they speak of great music... for example i saw it in the special of the rolling stones rock n roll circus.. every day they speak bout different styles, they put clips, parts of gigs, interviews... a few weeks ago there was one on britpop, and the 80% of the show was bout oasis!! ;D its called vinyl, or vinilo for the ones who speak spanish..luv this show
