I always liked them better with Sammy then Dave. Im sure it will be a good show, have fun!

thanks. personally, sammy is no dave. he just had that flair that sammy never had. but as long as eddie van halen is playing guitar, alex is drumming, and mike anthony is playing the bass, it's going to be one hell of a night.

well- here goes.
it was a very entertaining show, i had a lot of fun.
there were some awesome parts of the show. before the show started, behind the gear there was a black curtain with a light saying van halen on it. when you heard the synthesizer of jump come on, the crowd went wild. when the band came in, there was an explosion, the curtain dropped, and sammy was in front of this huge video screen with the van halen logo on it. great moment.
also, after eddie's amazing 10 minute long solo (he brought out his 12 year old kid wolfgang, who is also very good), the rest of the band came out. you heard sammy's voice, but he wasn't there. all of a sudden, he was on top of the lights way above the stage with a blinding light behind him (a silhouette). he was running around, very cool.
there was absolutely no sign of a fight. i would've paid extra to see them break up lol.
