I really like this new show on VH1 called "Bands Reunited" but it seems that they're only focusing on new wave bands of the 80's who had like one or two hits in the states. I'd like to see them take on a real challenge like getting the original line-up of The Damned(Dave Vanian, Brian James, Captain Sensible, and Rat Scabies) back together or getting the surviving Beach Boys together again (Mike Love, Brian Wilson, Al Jardine, and Bruce Johnston). This show is great but it seems their only after one genre of music or one style of music.

Some of the big time bands you mention would tell vh1 to fuck off. One hit wonder bands ( some of em ) have no problem reuniting it seems.... The true Rock n Rollers are the tough ones.

I saw a Flock Of Seagulls once we're talking rock n roll here - keep your bird-watching antics to yourself i am well aware that to reform the original Beach Boys would require a rather large amount of resurrection i just didnt feel i had to repeat what was already stated in toast's post...

Better yet, they could go after Big Audio Dynamite. As far as I know they're broken up, all the original members are still alive, and it would please 80's fans as well as a few punk fans since Mick Jones of The was the frontman Maybe they could one step further and try to even reform Public Image Limited, lol. It's bewcome quite apparent that Johnny Rotten will do anything for money, lol.

Why, oh why won't Sir Paul reunite that lovable band of his Wings He could initiate Heather into it to replace Linda and use her leg as another percussion instrument ;D We NEED another Mull of Kintyre
