50 CENT IN SHOOTING DRAMA

50 CENT has four days to turn himself in to the police following an incident early on Tuesday morning (September 9) in which shots were fired outside the DOUBLETREE HOTEL in NEW JERSEY.

Not long after the star and his associates entered the hotel in Jersey City, shots were fired. According to police, who are still trying to determine what types of guns were used, ten shell casings from two different calibre bullets were discovered in front of the hotel and in a nearby tyre shop. Two hundred feet away from the Doubletree, the window of the shop had been smashed by a bullet.

The police are currently investigating the hotel CCTV footage to try and find out whether someone was shooting at 50 and his crew, and whether the crew fired back. The rapper's associates are also being asked to turn themselves in.

It is unknown as to whether anyone was injured during the shooting.

Following the incident, 50 was hurriedly taken away in his four-wheel drive vehicle, according to eyewitnesses.

According to MTV News, if 50 and those travelling with him on Tuesday (September 9) do not turn themselves in, a warrant will be issued for their arrests.
