[CENSORED] manager arrested over video shoot

The man behind pop duo [CENSORED] has been arrested and accused of disturbing the peace.

Ivan Shapovalov, 36, was held in Moscow's Red Square after arranging for more than 200 girls to be in a new video by the lesbian duo.

The girls, who were filming just yards from the Kremlin, told the teenage extras to cavort and kiss in front of Lenin's tomb and the church of St Basil.

Police said they had received complaints about the loud "squawking" of the teenage fans, who were scrambling over each other to have photos taken with their idols.

Shapovalov was later reprimanded by a judge. The Kremlin had twice turned down his requests to make the film on Red Square, the court was told.

Filming of the video, which is meant to be screened at the Eurovision Song Contest where [CENSORED] are representing Russia, was cancelled yesterday.

Last week their manager was banned from filming near Big Ben in London, but did the shoot at Tower Bridge.
