Rock 'N' Roll Star is the quintessential Oasis song....not only the opener of that mammoth of an album but the opener of a magic time.
But my vote goes to Hello.....nah I'm just kidding ;D

Rock 'n' roll star. FITB is the best way to start a gig though. good point, man! But I've got to say that the intro to DYKWIM is just awesome! FITB is a good tune and a really good set-oppener but I don't really think it compares to DYKWIM, Hello, or TUTS |

I LOVE DYKWIM, but as an album opener I think Hello is better.
You couldn't hear the faint Wonderwall line at the beginning amist the noise in the bar, but when they put WTSMG on at Mustang Harrys but the second I heard those 2 little distorted echoes at the beginning... chills, then fuckin euphoria man.
