since this is an american forum, this is the response to the favorite SOCCER team post ;D (by the way, why the hell is it soccer here?)
my favorite baseball team, of course (being a new yorker), is the greatest sports franchise in the world. the new york fuckin YANKEES! we're on our way to championship #28 this october- hell yeah!

Yankees! Since I was little......even those years when they were bad.. I was a fan.
I wore #7 on my uniform since my Dad was a huge Mantle fan.

I used to be a Baltimore fan, but the owner has destroyed the team. I'm from D.C. so I'm routing for Washington to get a team for the first time in over 30 years.

Blue Jays! although they've made a mess of the season  fire the manager and the GM!! the expos are going to virginia probably, so you might as well join the Blue Jays bandwagon now Stephen. Yankees! yep, the jays had their 2 championships in a row. you remember the home run by gary carter.
by the way, to shadowboxer, you're a REAL yankees fan as i am. my first game was in 1993 when they were shit. when don mattingly stepped up to the plate and hit 2 home runs, it changed my life. i loathe all those frontrunners, switching from mets to yankees to the triple a team in boston.

by the way, to shadowboxer, you're a REAL yankees fan as i am. . Yes, wel my fav player was # 9 Greg Nettles - played with the Yanks from 73-83....I missed his earlier years...and was very sad when he got traded to the Padres. |

american football is fantasic.!! we have friends in texas, they are orginally from canada but live in dallas now. so im a texas rangers, dallas stars and dallas cowboys fan!

i think that golf is the most boring sport in the world. especially because of the announcers. it's only interesting when you have a storyline, like phil mickelson.

I'm a life long Detroit Tigers fan, through good times and bad (mostly bad over the past 16 years or so...) Baseball is a great game, currently my favorite sport.

cause players from the around the world play and there are no other baseball leagues anywhere else. Your not talkin rite here that still doesnt justify the name "world game" English premier leagu.... players from all over the world play in english team... They didn call it the "the world cup" the i mean the true world game is the olympic, thats wen baseball team from all over the world not jut northern hemisphere play against each other thats common sense |
