prolly only the canadians on this board have herad of this band, it was big sugar, it was at a festival hosted by great big sea, but we went for big sugar, they rocked! I was prolly just like 10 when we went, pretty cool, and we were so small that we squeezed right up to the front

you will have to help me out here, being a brit i dont really understand the american eduation system, how old were in the 3rd grade? depends which school you went to: private or public. public school's pre kindergarten starts at age 3 i think private school pre-k starts at 4 (i know that) also depends on transferring from public to private or vice versa. there are cut off dates so you can sometimes have the choice of being the oldest in your class (the lower grade) or the youngest (the higher grade)

i still need to see my first bowie concert. i think the man is unbelievable. after all, he did give attention to my favorite guitarist ever, stevie ray vaughan, who played on 'let's dance' before making it big with one of the greatest blues albums ever, 'texas flood'.
i remember the concert for nyc: "we could be heroes, for just one day." that quote WAS that evening's tone. cheers dave!

I actually saw a bunch of great shows back then.
In 92-
Clapton and Elton John together.... The Dead- a few shows( I wasn't a deadhead- but I definitely enjoyed them)
All this reminiscing...I need to see a show soon!!

Oasis! January 9th 1998 Fairfax VA. Wow what an incredible show. I can barely remember it now, but I'm pretty sure Liam and Noel were drunk or high or both. I was in too good of a mood and didn't take any pics...
