still a great NG album for me - but please stop SCREAMING your heart out, mannn. specially during the verses can't stand these 'aaaaaaall' and 'awaaaaaaaaay's anymore love his vocals on all 3 covers from this tour. more laid back Totally with you about the screaming. I like better his singing in the concerts than in the album. |

Alan white and bonehead will be dead certs , I’m not sure what gem would do he’s never been right since his accident and plays minimal parts . ? Gem is doing a great job (including most lead parts) in Noel’s band. |

I think best scenario is adding Liam to High Flying Birds lineup. I've listened a couple of their latest shows and they are sounding great. Add Bonehead if he can in some of the shows and you have it.

If you don’t see any dates coming up soon in the new year then you know something is happening and at minute it’s all this year … it seems in recent years his private life has been a massive effect on his character , clearly the issue with Liam, oasis and his image , he’s looking like Noel again .. there were strong rumours about his mrs being into weird shit . The next 2 years are massive and there’s no way he’s gonna turn down reunion offers for long My mate's company sponsors the biggest festival in Belgium. Apparentely Oasis is listed as a potential headliner for the line up of 2024. Don't know how realistic they're making their list but it's certainly strange they're putting Oasis there and not Liam or Noel. Erm WHAT |

Let me go ahead and summarize this event for you: 1. Lots of stories about Johnny Marr playing on album and how fast/amazing he is in the studio. 2. Songs were written during lockdown. 3. Dead to the World is the best song he ever wrote but he'll never play it 4. Lots of strings on the album and Abbey Road was cool. 5. Hanging out with Garbage was fun in the U.S. 6. No meaningful news or timing on next album 7. No meaningful news or timing on DM anniversary goodies 8. Obligatory questions on Oasis re-forming and "call me" Enjoy your evening! Every bit of footage I've seen of this UK leg has looked immense. The set is going down well with anyone I've seen say they've actually been to a gig. The crowd are into the new songs and the band are on top form. People will never be happy for some fucking reason. And The Mighty Quinn is a brilliant song and loads of people know it. Tbh I didn't know the song but everyone around me was belting out the chorus so I felt a bit dumb/ignorant! I thought it was brilliant and so glad he didn't do LWTUA or AYNIL. One thing I noticed in Brighton was he sang the 'my eyes will always follow you around the room' bit in IIHAG facing to the left of the stage. Wasn't sure if it was towards Jess the keyboard player? Jess is married and has children so I hope not |

Dying of the light is distant fourth. Tries to be the big ballad in Chasing Yesterday and falls very short.

He is not doing a good job with his legacy.
It`s like he is always reacting to things instead of saying: Here I am. I`m one of the best songwriters of the last three decades. Here are some of my great songs from different eras.
He has a tremendous book of songs both from Oasis and from his solo career.
He should play more time each night, and change the set more.

Really enjoyed the album the first few listens but sorry to say got bored of it very quickly. Really lacks a couple of catchy,upbeat songs. We’re Gonna Get There In The End needed to be on there. Going Nowhere from Jools Holland needs to be a future b side or bonus track Yeah, listened to it continually for a good few weeks but now bored of it. Have narrowed the listening experience down to two songs: Council Skies and Think Of A Number, those still on regular rotation. The big surprise for me I fucking love Council Skies. Has made it into my Noel playlist. Addictive. All other songs I don't need to hear again for a long while. Whereas I still listen to plenty of songs from all his previous albums. As much as I support Noel doing his own thing and try to be the reasonable, sensible type about his evolving style, I can't help missing a decent guitar riff, an actual Noel solo, a solid rock number. Dunno if we're ever gonna hear one of those songs from Noel ever again but fuck me I miss it. When you watch him strumming those Oasis tunes on that pedal show it makes me miss it even more. For me the new album is nice but only a few songs from ir are at his level. Clearly Think of a number is one of them. We’re gonna get there and Flying on the ground should have been kept for the album. Council skies is one of the best from the bunch. For me it’s a bit let down by Noel’s unnecessary shouting in the verses, but as a song it’s great. |

I wish he'd change all of his band line-up, apart from Gem. The same musicians for years as his 'High Flying Birds' is boring and cringe IMO, I want Noel Gallagher solo with different session players each album tour. U trolling or wat |

Well setlists have always been Noel's Achilles heels. But I've been really bothered by this "let's take off the new stuff out of the way first". Noel himself has been complaining about the reception to the new songs, so he chunck all them together at the beggining of the gig? I agree that the more "mixed up" setlist were better - the first parts of the CY and Moon tours have been his best imo. But he's said a few times that he likes the way he's doing it now because you get a big sustained crowd reaction to the run of Oasis songs at the end. I hope he tries it the other way again someday. The thing is that he could get a 35 song, 3 hour sustained reaction from the crowd if he played a fraction of his catalog. |

The big song of the album is Easy now. Maybe also We’re gonna get there in the end. I mean big in the sense of concert singalong, people outside the fanbase liking it, etc. In fact I find quite strange that lots of the more hardcore fans are not getting this.
