Hendrix Page Clapton Van Halen Richards Gilmour Townshend Prince Slash Harrison To name but a few.... Knopfler doesn't really get his due imo, but he should be in there.

Why can't you find it in the search function on youtube? Only through the direct link. Has the upload not been processed yet? It's unlisted. So only the people that have the link can see it.

Favorite song to play? Favorite gig he played? Does Supersonic accurately represent his time in the band?

Hoping we get some beady eye too. Bring The Light, Flick Of The Finger and Wigwam. Oasis and maybe My Generation to finish. Would never happen nor do I think he could sing it but how good would Scorpio Rising be too. Amazing times ahead to be a Liam fan! He seems to be trying to bury Beady Eye. Not sure if we'll get anything tbh. Not that they were terrible or anything, but I'd be ok with that. There are better and more memorable songs he can sing.

It's a shame that he didn't like how the audience reacted to the rarities the first tour. He seemed to actually be listening to us then: Angel Child/Shout it Out Loud/Alone on a Rope/LDSMD/ Idler's Dream. I wish we would've gotten a Where Did it All Go Wrong? rendition during that time. Unfortunately I think that those types of songs aren't ever coming back. It is weird how he has like 15 hit singles that the crowd would react to that he hasn't tried too....

I think you could also say that for the Who! Plus for me John Entwistle is the best rock bassist. Well in my opinion Roger Daltrey has a better voice than Robert Plant but apart from that I think it's fairly obvious that Jimmy Page is a far better guitarist (and songwriter) than Pete Townshend, John Paul Jones and John Entwistle are pretty close when it comes to bass but JPJ can play loads more instruments and adds more to the songs for example Fool in the Rain. Keith Moon is a great drummer but has the misfortune in this instance of being compared to John Bonham who, in my opinion, is by far the greatest drummer of all time. LZ were just far more consistent with their output than the Who ever where. Who's Next, Tommy and My Generation are all great albums but aside from that they only had the odd single or track on their albums that could be considered 'great'. Led Zeppelin on the other hand had Led Zeppelin II,III,IV, Houses of the Holy and Physical Graffiti which are all complete classics all the way through plus all of their other albums had at least 3 great songs on them. To me, Entwistle revolutionized the bass as an instrument and added more to the songs. But that could be bias, because he is my favorite bass guitarist. As for lead guitarists, I would say that Page is better than Pete, but songwriting is all down to taste. It's an interesting conversation.

Not sure how The Who are "winning" this thing. Zeppelin had more masterpiece albums. Because it's an opinion poll. I like the best Who songs more than the best Zeppelin songs, although both are great. I listen to the Who more. Therefore I voted for them. Also I know this moment isn't them in their prime because no Moon, but last Entwistle US performance and great moment!

Two fantastic bands. Led Zeppelin just edges it for me though, every band member is just completely amazing at their instrument. I think you could also say that for the Who! Plus for me John Entwistle is the best rock bassist.

No disrespect to Tim Smith, but why on earth of all guitarists did Noel pick him? Did he think, oh I just need that American Sheryl Crow rhythm guitarist? Seemingly no connection between them? Of all the seemingly more proficient, better resumed and interesting guitarists?
