Dude, in that B leg Santa Fe are colombian, they're from Bogotá.
Corinthians vs. River Plate seems like the best one.

And imo, that's where the champion is gonna come out. Inter and Chivas are very strong teams too but the WC has fucked the mexicans. Dude, in that B leg Santa Fe are colombian, they're from Bogotá. Corrected

I actually support River in the argentinian league. Enzo, Hernán, Pablito, Javier Pedro... What was D'Allessandro's first name?
And their uniform is way better looking than Boca's.

RIVER is not a team as to gain the cup, its history shows you like failure in several editions. Mouth in time if I gain and I reach in quantity of championships al king of cups ¿Milan? ha! not, me referia to INDEPENDENTe f. c. My favorite team is DEFENDERS OF BELGRANO! !!! =)

First leg of the round of sixteen and here are the results and some thoughts:
Tigres 0 x 0 Libertad Didn't really watch this game but I guess this was predictable. Tigres is not a great team and may lose next match. Libertad got a good result and if they play like next match like they did on the previous ones, they are very comfortable.
Newell´s Old Boys 2 x 4 Vélez Sarsfield Amazing game and Newell's should be punished. The game stopped for 20 min after a penalty kick was given when the score was already 3x2 Velez. Predictable too, Velez has my bets for wining the tournament.
Nacional 1 x 2 Internacional Great game too and marked by the violence of both teams, even though the ref only took one side to blame. Inter got 2 players out before the 70 min and almost scored a goal. Nacional didn't even reply to their attacks. Beaultiful goal by Renteria. My favourite of the tournment at the moment.
Chivas 3 x 0 Santa Fe This game was unbelievable. How the hell did Santa Fé get the 2nd best qualification on qualifiers? They didn't even get on the field there. Damn. And the players. ouch. so damn awful. Chivas scored 2 goals without even wanting to. And Chivas was missing 6 players for Mexico for the WC already. Chivas's already passed.
River Plate 3 x 2 Corinthians Amazing game too. Corinthians's got the best players but River had great attitude there. COR was celebrating the loss after scoring a goal on the 94' and still getting the hopes up for the 2nd leg.
Palmeiras 1 x 1 São Paulo Good game but very tight and violent. The ref pointed out nothing less than 60 fouls on the match. Come on. SP gets a slight advantage for the next game and imo they're already there.
LDU 4 x 0 Atl. Nacional Another surprise. I only watched the end of the match but what the hell was the ATL coach thinking? Why did he take Aristizabal and Ramos out of the match? Not a chance. LDU is already there and has a good team for wining this too.
Estudiantes 2 x 0 Goiás Didn't really watch the game but this one was very tight too but Goias lost their heads and got 2 sent offs and 2 goals at the end of the match. But EST. needs to be careful for the next match. GO can be a delighted surprise.
Any thoughts you guys might add, be my guest.

This match was great. And I agree with Vélez winning the cup.

are many of the players of these teams inany World Cup squads? Interesting question. Yes many of them. And some others that have been in the previous WCs and many more that'll be in the next WCs and in europe. I'll post the brazilian ones (the possibilities since the list hasn't come out yet). If Riqeulme or eva can post the Argies I'll be grateful. São Paulo: Rogerio Ceni Ricardo Oliveira Junior Palmeiras: Marcos Gamarra Corinthians: Gustavo Nery Tevez Nilmar Ricardinho Mascherano
