Montoya has left F1 to drive in the NASCAR series in the US. It's a shame cos he was a good character for F1, unlike most of the cardboard drivers that are there now. And ron dennis is an idiot I heard McLaren let him go because he announced he would be leaving for the NASCAr at the endof the season coz they're bitter. De LA Rossa is taking over? Kimi to ferrari next season and hopefully McLaren are fucked!

It certainly looks like he was sacked, word is that the relationship between Ron and Juan was at an all-time low. I don't think Ron's an idiot - anyone who can drive a team to win seven constructors' championships and nine drivers' championships must be pretty brainy. He just looks funny.

Maybe next year he'll be with Alonso in McLaren, the next winning team!

Pedro de la Rosa is one of those test drivers who are always overlooked, while they're obviously very quick. It's not rare to see a test driver set the fastest time in a Friday test session, BMW's Robert Kubica has been amazing lately. Last season Alex Wurz was often the fastest guy but instead of doing the smart thing by giving him Montoya's race seat, McLaren let him go to Williams.
Honda should also replace Button with Anthony Davidson.

De la Rosa is better than Wurz, he showed it last year when Montoya was injured, and he's showed it today with his 7th place. Great race for Schumi and Alonso too

I never thought I'd say this, but I want Schumacher to dominate a couple more races like that so that we see a decent championship battle.

Final round starting shortly in Brazil, Schumacher clawed his way back from 21 points down to level Alonso only for his Ferrari to blow up in the penlutimate race of his carreer.
He now starts 10th on the grid coz of more engine trouble, Alonso will pick up his second consective world title if he finishes in the top 8 or Schumacher fails to win his last ever F1 race.
if Schumi wins and alonso finishes 9th or worse Schumacher will take the title on countback as they will have the same number of points.

AMAZING RACE. I was there. Great mood. 13 years since a brazilian hadn't won it. Both Ferraris did a great job. Massa was fucking TOP and lucky. Schumi was brilliant but unlucky. I can't bother that Alonso won the Championship. Bring it on 2007.......................

schumacher a cheat? hmmmmmmmmm what a cheap dig, u dont become formula 1s most succesful driver ever, with 7 yes thats 7 world championships in the bag by being a cheat, the mans a fucking legend, yes hes made mistakes, which hes admitted to but who doesnt, the guys racing talent is unquestionable.
hes statistacally the greatest of all time, outdoing drivers like prost and senna along the way. setting the statistics aside, when he won his first two world championships at benetton he could have took the easy way and stayed with them, but he went to a struggling ferrari team and give them 5 world championships, hats off to him
plus formula one is a very difficult almost impossible sport to cheat in without being punished!

Schumacher was a great driver but the only thing that pisses me off is that no one was good enough to stand up against him. Alonso surely did a great job but I wonder what he'll make out in Maclaren. Asfor him being a cheat, it was still proved that the only way he won 2 races against Senna before he died, there was an illegal dispositive for fuel inside his car that lead him to do it. But not that he's not a great driver or anything. That last race in Monaco is still unbelievable though.
