Just wondered where everyone is with this, and it might help to see a poll instead of 100s of "got email blah" posts

Just utterly brilliant marketing - let's even the least interested see it in their news feeds etc. Fever pitch masses at the ready. As you state..kind of defeats the purpose though.but great for data gauging how many more nights to drip feed. |

Now we are up to about 1.3 million tickets I would think might be 75k-100k codes being sent which could clear off max 400k tickets. But realistically probs leave a million tickets for the actual ticket sale on Saturday |

To thank you for your support, you will automatically be selected if you correctly register and confirm entry in the pre-sale ballot before it closes. |

I think a lot of people will receive the "Access to Presale". For some reason, having published the option to sign up to everyone on social media and not just sending an email to "loyal" fans. So I suspect there will be a lot of people for a few tickets.

So I suspect there will be a lot of people for a few tickets. I agree but what does that gain? The ballot is just a way to get email addresses/data thats marketing and why they've done it... Actually getting a code to have an option to potentially get tickets, what would be the point to put limited tickets on sale vs codes sent out ? They know anyone who gets that code is gonna be very excited and a buy tickets and if they dont ...the tickets get sold in via the general sale the next day. the limit is 4 tickets per code so they can 100% control the situation in the pre sale and offer the amount of codes they can handle and the amount tickets they'll offload from Saturdays demand in theory all the 'loyal' fans and probs a chunk of the signups can get tickets via the ballot and works for all |
