God I’m so fucking upset to see the cheapest tickets are near $390 for Chicago when I had a presale code but never used it because of work.
I don’t think I’m going.

Welcome to Generation Tik Tok. I don't know that a typical Tik Tok kid is paying these prices to go hear Wonderwall. I genuinely think we're all going to be pleasantly surprised by the people who show up at these shows in the US who actually know the songs. People are attending concerts to show their "friends" on Instagram how cool they are. Can't wait for all the Wonderwall videos. It is what it is

What is the actual concert capacity for those stadiums, though? I was looking at the Rose Bowl, and because of where the stage is situated, they've blocked off a full 10/28 seated sections. Of course then you have to add in the field standing tickets - do those make up for all the blocked off sections? I'm guessing around 50k for the Rose Bowl. You can check the wikipedia to see how many tickets were sold for almost all of the shows there: Ed Sheeran set the record at MetLife with 89,000 in 2023: www.cbsnews.com/philadelphia/news/ed-sheeran-metlife-stadium-attendance-record-taylor-swift/. I doubt it will be anywhere near that, but that's the upper limit apparently if you do it in "the round".

Believe U2 did the same for the Rose Bowl for their 360 tour. The idea of Oasis playing like that is a bit funny to me but would be unique.

To all those disappointed at not getting tickets through Ticketmaster, go third party.
I hate seeing the disappointment here with the truly loyal fans. You may be rightfully wary of third party but it does remain an option. I want everyone on this forum who wants tickets to get tickets. We all deserve it.

According to their Twitter they are saying only way for resell tickets are through Ticketmaster and twickets for face value. So I’d be weary of buying anywhere else. x.com/oasis/status/1842242994105172400?s=46&t=yJt3zyLwlbUPwT3rVAcgNw

They actually undersold…. there should have been more gigs for this demand. Whoever organized the ticketing for this tour needs to be sacked.

I joined the LA queues for fun, and Saturday is almost completely gone. Maybe a few dozen tickets left. Tons of tickets still available Sunday.

Whoever organized the ticketing for this tour needs to be sacked. You’d think they’d be able to sell out arenas in big cities with this demand. But maybe these are selling so quick from the diehards like us worried there won’t be other shows.

Trying my hand at Night 2, but still in queue.

No second gig in Chicago, officially And I think that by the way they said that it means that no Boston date will be announced as well.

As an American fan who's deal with ambivalence and mockery of said fandom a long time (the whole "no one cares"/"one hit wonder" shit), this makes me feel really really happy to see these shows sell out like this. I was thinking just the other day how in 1998 I literally went overnight from Oasis being the coolest cultural icon of a generation, to moving to the United States and instantly being mocked (even bullied…) for merely liking Oasis. Some might say I had the last laugh.

Tons of tickets still left in LA on Sept 7, if people missed tickets elsewhere and would consider flying in.

Lame." Then it was "oh you STILL like that? Jesus." But whatever! This music has brought me so much happiness, and I'm glad it still is.
