Last night I was working and heard both Yellow and Yes from Coldplay and thought they have lots of shoegaze influences. I'm not a big Coldplay so I don't remember all of their songs, so when the 2nd part of Yes started I thought it was a different band and song This somehow influenced my dreams and I remember trying to play shoegaze with some girl. She somehow managed to make settings (effects) that were very close to My Bloody Valentine sound and I came up with a riff (just chords) that sounded really good. I had the chords and she played some other riffs in the background with 2nd guitar. I've forgotten how it sounded exactly after waking up

My dad took me to a closed road to train my driving skills. That car is way too technological when compared to my driving school one but it was a good experience, after a while i got used to the car.

I really miss riding my motorbike right now. I do like winter but I think I like motorbikes even more 😂 I kinda miss my 50cc moped, used to ride it in winter too I actually still own one other moped but it's unregistered and fucking illegal. A few mods including 50cc -> 70cc upgrade, new exhaust, bigger carb, air filter, etc. I think it goes over 100km/h e. It looks like this:

It’s almost criminal how Spotify works for artists to make money. Physical sales are dead. It’s so hard to actually find a CD out in the wild anymore. Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc are beginning to phase out stocking these items. Vinyl is still too niche.
Right now an artist gets between $0.005 and $0.008 for a stream. These rates vary depending if you subscribe to Spotify or use the free service with ads. For example, Noel has 8 million streams for Holy Mountain. That comes out to $40,000. Then the record labels and management would come into play to take their cut. So an artist would be getting south of $25,0000 off 8 million streams.
What’s even crazier is the record companies have huge amount of stocks in Spotify and negotiated low low rates to the artists for content. As the stock goes up and up the record companies are getting richer and don’t actually have to pay out their artists beyond the $0.005 rate.
The rich get richer and are doing even less.

This Spotify agreement is also similar to the deal cut with music on YouTube.
