Carrying on your theme... I was watching a live video of the Manic Street Preachers a few months back, from when they played Manchester Arena in '97, in support of their Everything Must Go album. In-between the songs, you had clips of them rehearsing and farting about backstage beforehand, as well as snatches of interviews with them and with some of their fans stood outside, waiting to go in the arena -- I don't know if you've seen it? At one point, my dad noted how all the kids outside - especially the girls - were all shying away from the camera, covering their faces and giving only one-word answers to the cameraman's questions, and awkwardly laughing amongst themselves all the while. He said it was quite endearing to see kids like that, instead of being all 'Look at me! Look at me!' as you seem to see a lot of young folk being at gigs and things these days, and I agreed with him. I suppose it's to be expected people are freer in front of cameras now, when we all walk around with them in our pockets all day every day, and what with Skype and things like that - but I'm still not keen on it. I dunno. Maybe I just have my "Get off my lawn!" thing activated here... That's an interesting point there, never realised that at all. Vanity has increased tenfold due to social media and if you aren't seen taking photos of yourself at ever event, you're seen as odd.

My mother has growing nodules on her throat. Fuck, i hope they are benign... Wishing all the best for your mother. Thank you mate. A bit stressed because my dad had the same problem some 5 years ago, at 44. They ended up being benign but some of the nodules removed were only weeks away from turning into malign, he escaped chemotherapy by a whisker according to the doctor. My mom will have to have surgery, that´s a given fact, because she can´t continue to have those nodules in there. And there´s also the fact that this problem is hereditary and seeing that my parents both have it, the family doctor says there´s a good chance i will develop the same thing down the road.

When I'm at an event, whether it's a concert, a festival, a party with friends or something else, I'm way too busy trying to enjoy said event. The thought of taking pictures of myself or with friends never even occurs to me. Hell, when I'm at a concert or festival I barely even take pictures of the performing artists. The downside of it is that I barely have any pictures with my friends, which means I can't reminisce about certain situations later in in life.

Just kidding! Tip: when shampooing your hair, make sure to really massage your scalp well, which increases blood flow and circulation, encouraging hair growth... Thanks.

I recorded my first jam ever. Well, I just came up with some chords/riffs and put them together. Sounds like generic alt rock or something but at least I managed to put something together Never recorded my own stuff before clyp.it/gy1c0g2e

My dad came home and said he read that Finnair is searching for pilots and half-seriously tried to make me apply for the training. Of course the chances of getting in are very small but I still thought that I don't even want to try to apply because how the fuck could I fly a plane anyway The whole thought of being a pilot and being responsible of hundreds of people scares the shit out of me For me this is the worst job in the world because I'm shit scared of planes. I think I might actually go for it because my mom's been persuaded me whole morning. I think after actually learning it, it's very easy job. Starting salary 3000€ (which will go up quickly) and at least 12 days free per month. Training is only 1.5-2 years so that would be my future cleared.

Man, i just can´t stand Summer, specially when it gets to that extra hot month. I can´t handle the heat very well, my body always reacts weird to it and i sweat like crazy and never feel comfortable. That along with the fact i don´t like going to the beach, i find it completely boring, there on the sand taking all the sun...i never get the fun of it, even with friends. I much rather go play some basketball or stuff with them.
Please come soon Autumn...

Maybe this ain't the right thread, but since no one's seen/read the thread I put up about a week ago on CBGB's, I'm gonna try doing it this way instead ^^ So anyway, I've recorded some stuff and it would simply be cool if anyone would like to have a listen and maybe give some feedback. Here's the thread: live4ever.proboards.com/thread/87022/songs-wroteAlright, I'm done self promoting (I originally wrote this post a few days ago, but I was foolish enough to post in the "count to 1.000.000 thread", so my post was quickly drowned by all of Isness's posts haha ^^ We'll see if it goes better in this thread )

"Bad" American comedies are my guilty pleasure. Many people would say that a movie including Seth Rogen and th rest of "his gang" is bad, for me it's the opposite. Just watched Superbad again and it's still fucking funny

Woh, Superbad is genuine quality!
Shit American comedies would be like stuff with Adam Sandler and most of Will Ferrell's stuff.

Maybe if I just believe (more than I already do) that I live in England, everything will be better. I'll be going by GMT henceforth.
Time Stamp: 1:11 AM

So the Guarato hangover has started early. I'm in amusement he's thrown Bazire his SOS for Cristal River. Join the line Seb, there's a LOT of people who want to bone him (me excluded)
