Thanks for all the replies, I know how this forum loves a pun so knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Some nice ideas here. Still very much undecided on a name, I feel like it needs to be very in your face to what it is, using Oasis in the actual name if possible. An idea I had was "OasisaO" - A Tribute to Oasis reflecting the sound and look of the real thing. Awful? Not sure about “OasisaO” to be completely honest. I think you do either need the band name in there, or have a word that immediately associates with the brand that the general public will recognize. Supersonic or Morning Glory are probably best bets as far as direct song/album titles go (assuming you don’t want to call the band Wonderwall). I did like the recommendation here for “Live4ever” also. And just thought of “Definitely, Oasis”. Good luck mate! I agree. My vote goes for Live4ever or Definitely Oasis. |

Well you could go with "Mirage" - as in "it's not an Oasis it's just a mirage". Although a variation of that might be a better tag line on your gig posters rather than a band name.

Ideally you'd include Oasis in the title but I think most of the good, obvious ones will be taken. I fear OasisaO is too clever for it's own good, though I do think it's a cool idea.
Any music fan knows what Wonderwall is and I think that's it's a fairly well known meme about covering the song. Might not be the vibe you're looking for though.
