" Sad Song (Mauldeth Road West Demo)" Mauldeth Road West is the address of Mark Coyle's home. I bet it's Noel singing on it though... It could be Noel but it’s the session that produced the album version of Married With Children. Noel recorded Sad Song for Definitely Maybe and I’ve never seen a mention of anyone at that session other than Noel and Owen so it is very possible that the Liam version from Supersonic is the Demo from Coley’s. Fair point, but I'm not getting my hopes up

Hey, there it is. The bottom of the barrel.
I'll pick it up used at some point, no doubt. In the meantime, I'll stream what interests me.

I tried to upload the piece of sad song sung by Liam that we know on YouTube and the copyright blocks it and says that the metadata is hidden, 99% confirmed that this demo is Liam's.

While it will be interesting to hear the unreleased stuff, there should be more and where's the 1993 demo version of Live Forever as they should finally release that since they didn't on the previous two additions.

This might as well be one of the 30th anniversary releases, as in the "deluxe" where a "super deluxe" may contain extra discs and more (new) content. Otherwise Noel has used too many superlatives again.

Are they actually remastering the album again? Or is it going to be the same as the CTS remasters

I’d imagine the Belfast Limelight gig that the new Supersonic version that appeared on YouTube would get a look in no? Perhaps if there is going to be a “super deluxe” edition, that full gig (which would only be about 10 or so songs, as that was their usual set around that time) would be included. Would be nice to have it, an extra circulating piece of those 1994 gigs would be fantastic. But, I suppose time will tell.

I'm not remotely interested in owning that Belfast gig in full, the sound is so bad I think I've only listened to supersonic 2 or 3 times. I'm surprised they deemed it good enough for release. The circulating disc 2 tracklisting sounds alright, nothing to get too excited about, I'd pick it up on CD at least.

The show has NEVER circulated in any other form. The Supersonic snippet obviously gives us confirmation that Ignition have it in their vaults, and this is the ideal time for them to put it out (hell The La’s most recent live release is far rougher than this Belfast performance). Given the tiny size of the venue, and the nature of even getting into contact with tapers, it’s very unlikely we’d ever get to hear it again. Despite the sound quality, would give the set a bit more credit, especially as that is the gig they found out the Definitely Maybe album went to number one!

The lack of replies speaks volumes. They'll re-release the album in various different colored vinyl formats and the usual suspects here will be clamouring to snap them up. They'll turn a profit that way.

People need to stop buying the same album again and again. I know it's their money and all that, but maybe the band would actually make an effort next time if this reissue flops.
Having said that, I'm still hoping there will be something more.

Dear Oasis managemnt,
We don't need another remastered album as we've got a ton of them. It doesn't hurt to be creative, does it?

OMG you people are impossible to please.
We’re getting the Monnow Valley and Sawmills versions of the albums. The Sad Song demo is likely the Liam version of the song.
I am the Walrus would have been nice but still a chance that’s a bonus track somewhere.
But what else is left? They can’t just make brand new stuff from 1994. There’s already opposition to live stuff.
