Bass Drums With Liam's vocals and a bit of Manchester sound from 80s and 90s. Yes, we heard 30 seconds but is enough to get an idea in which direction this song is going. They already did it 462818243 times, (Probably) All In The Mind, Better Days, Falling Down, Let Forever Be... It is boring and generic, just as melody is and we already heard enough to know that. And it sounds like something that AI can create. AI can actually make 4728119179291 songs like this in 10 seconds. AI would also take parts of stuff that they already made and then create something like this, probably better. You've literally only heard 20 seconds of a song that's over 5 minutes long Yeah, it will become Abbey Road medley after first 30 seconds. 🙄 And we heard more than 30 seconds. I am not fan of that style, never was, it is lazy and uninspiring. Great ballads and fast songs are hardest to write, this mid tempo nostalgic songs can even Andy Bell compose. And I am talking about that uninspired Andy Bell from Oasis. They think that it sounds like Revolver but they never understand that it doesn't and that there is much more to it than that. I hope that other songs will be better and with more balls. Liam always talks about that he wants to make fast, punk album and we always get this. I was hoping Squire will help them with that. Just my opinion. Yes, we didn't hear whole song but I am 99.9% sure that it will stay in the same direction and style. And I don't like it. Or if you like it like this - I am not fan of what I heard so far. I wrote two posts in this thread and I said in first post - ,,But let's wait to hear whole song". I would really like to be pleasantly surprised. |

Now on second listen No pot of gold waiting for me. I really like it but not sure where I would rank it yet. Sounds most like Beatles Revolver crossed with Stone Roses with a bit of Hendrix style guitar

You’re moaning non stop and you haven’t heard the whole thing Squire won’t do a fast punk style song. We know roughly what it’ll sound like and what type of style As others have said it’s a thread to hype and get excited about a new release. It's upbeat and has great guitars, Liam sounds great and it's good fun. I think most of you will love it. A few dodgy lyrics like listing the colours of the rainbow but that might grow on me.. It has a good vibe and I'm happy they released it and looking forward to the album 😊

I would say it's miles better than Probably All In The Mind and and only small part soundsvlike it. Also doesn't sound like Who Feels Love. Not very Oasis at all really
