I know its difficult to hear but what I love about it so far is it sounds like one of those songs you can literally have in the background anywhere and it works. Even for a movie soundtrack. It really has that vibe and spirit.

Havent heard Noel's interview but i guess he feels more threatened by Squire than by a nobody destroying his solos. So it makes sense.

When my friend heard the album blasting out of his company's boardroom in September last year he text me to say "I think they've covered "Rain"" I can see what he means listening to that snippet.
