It definitely isn't from this year.
In some of the shots with a black jacket he's playing the white Fender Jazzmaster that he's used for Keep on Reaching and All You Need Is Love. He hasn't played those songs recently.

My guess is Isle of Wight 2019 but I haven't checked.

I like the tune and it sounds really good live but I have never seen an extra track to be released as a single.

I mean, there's Think Of A Number, I'm Not Giving Up Tonight and There She Blows right there, waiting for a proper release.
