Was originally planned for a Spring 1998 release but didn’t happen.

Brian Cannon posted on his Twitter years ago the test shots for the 12” sleeve but as we know it became a Japanese CD only release.

Shame as it’s a fantastic sleeve. When they did the Be Here Now reissue they really missed the boat by not releasing this with the boxset or as an HMV exclusive, or even RSD.

Well thanks for clearing that up. And you're right they should've released should've released it with the Be Here Now boxed set.
