However Im gonna go for an outsider and say Let’s All Make Believe. As while the song is pretty good, its his delivery that gives it the sad, melancholic vibe to make it a classic B-side.

This is the clear answer to me. Plays with dynamics, is an emotional performance, nice full sound and sings the best note he's ever sung at the end of the second middle 8. It doesn't have much range but that doesn't matter when the quality of the singigng is so high.
