My cd and vinyl from the official store arrived today which was quick as it was only shipped yesterday and also my yellow vinyl which I pre-ordered from HMV also arrived. I'm just waiting for the black one and the Japanese version cd now.

I'm listening to it on repeat at the moment and this new live album from Liam has put me in the mood for it.
When we count all the Liam albums together we've had six in six years which is good and also we've had five from Noel including his best of of course. That's actually good going as we wouldn't have had all those if Oasis were still together.

I love the backing vocalists, but the "hey" in Shockwave continues to be hilariously bad to me. There's like 6 other guys on stage who could easily do a gang vocal for that.
Also, LG's lyric changes on here are hilarious and cringe. "it's all about you and Bono" and then "you're a snake, you're a massive vagina, you're a pebble in the sea." That'll age well, lol.

Sounds great this live album. Love it. But! I'm still confused and disappointed that some songs were left out. There's no reason for it.

This is the third live album from Liam and the second live album in just over a year and I hope that he will continue to release them now and again. However, I do wish that Noel would release some live albums as he hasn't so far. OK we had a live dvd over 10 years ago now but there was no album with it. Maybe he's not keen on them I don't know. IMO, Noel's voice needs a lot of studio magic to sound good for more than 20-30 minutes these days. Or he has to play a carefully curated (probably boring) set to avoid the notes he struggles with. |

So has anyone compared if its the first or second night? Or a mixture of both I've just finished comparing it and it's definitely just the first night. There's quite a few differences. Liam was struggling with his voice a bit on the 2nd night. The banter is also different. And Shockwave was only played on the 1st night. |

Meh. Definitely won't be buying a physical copy. River Thames has a better track list and a better mix. Plus it was only a fiver. Absolute bargain.

I can't stop listening to this album as I'm just loving it. It may not be the full concert but it still sounds great. I just wish that Noel would allow Liam to use his songs for live dvds.
