Update for anyone interested: they FINALLY contacted me, but they seem to have completely misunderstood the problem. The staff weren't the issue as they were as helpful as possible, the organisers were the ones at fault 
At least you've got the name now of the Access Coordinator! You might see if you can text or call her somewhere so as to better explain what you experienced and let her know that the overall access plan seemed pretty flawed. (Of course, much easier for them just to put it on a staff member rather than rethink the plan!)

Is it a bit odd asking you to identify the staff? Primarily this was a access and facility problem that started as soon as they set the thing up and no one checked it was fit for purpose. Infuriating.

That's exactly what I thought, more than anything I think it's insane to expect that anyone would've payed even the slightest bit of attention to the staff's tabard numbers never mind remember them. Plus, like you said, the staff have absolutely nothing to do with my complaint. They did the best they could with what they had to work with, the blame lies solely with the organisers |
