Liked it better than the one for WOOWN. The worst ones are the Chasing Yesterday ones. The Do The Damage one, what a time to be alive

Between all the Gallagher releases the only video that’s actually any good is TIOBI. I dunno why people are still surprised when a new one comes out and it’s crap. I also don’t understand why people still make music videos. Almost every music video is rubbish, I wouldnt miss them if they entirely disappeared and I never saw another. I do (moderately) enjoy Whatever for Noel being annoying with the mop and the band's sense of good natured fun, perfect for the song. Wonderwall is not a great video, but they all look so cool, even Mcloed, and the shoot gave me possibly my 1 favourite shot of our kid, their haircuts never looked better.

Noel’s drunken antics are hilarious in the Whatever video. And yeah. The haircuts in the Wonderwall video are iconic.

Those old videos, however silly or despised by them at the time, with how cool they look and their whole visual vibe together, are helping to drive a younger fanbase to the music to this very day. If you're 12 and searching for Oasis, you probably start with the Wonderwall or Champagne Supernova video.

Just search "Oasis" in the GIFs available on Twitter and you'll find a lot of clips from those two songs plus others from the DM/MG days.

Just had my first listen. It didn't strike anything in me. Honestly if it wasn't Noel I wouldn't bother listening to it again. But that happened in the past with some of his songs and I ended up loving them (The Girl with X-Ray Eyes, A Dream is all I need to get by and others). The only thing I'm going to leave here is something I noticed at the very beginning that unfortunately I can't unhear. So now you'll all have the same curse because I'm evil. If you change your mind, I'm the first in line Honey I'm still free, take a chance on me You're welcome. It is that, isn't it? Couldn't place it. Yeah! Even listening to it again it still comes to mind.

The song is called Flying On The Ground, there's no "high" Basically "flying" is the only thing in common Don't let facts spoil a good narrative!!!! He does mention being high in the lyrics though, so it’s not completely out of the realms of possibility it’s the same song reworked. I mean... it *does* sound like an Oasis b-side... X

I liked the Ballad of the Mighty I one and I have definitely seen in the heat of the moment but I have no recollection of the others. Have all the singles (black and coloured) but I can’t be sure I’ve seen all the videos 👀 The only one that didn't have a video was The Dying of the Light.

Noticed he made a dig in the liner notes for the BOTMI video in the best of. In another interview he said he has no clue what's going on in these two music videos either. That makes at least two of us. Great tune though
