Mape... I think we're in for another long season, what do you think of our rookies?
I think Suglobov has mountains of talent... But he's so fucking irresponsible!
Wellwood will break out soon but Sundin is still without a very good winger
Too many rookies on special teams for my liking
Though Peca and Stajan work well together. Oh, and Wozniewski nearly killed us on his own... not that we didn't lose anyways. Hal Gill shouldn't have been beaten that bad on the second goal either

That was old, one year in the playoffs in a game Leafs and Islanders, Tucker put a hip-check on peca that wrecked Peca's knee and took him out for the rest of the series and eventually playoffs

Oh, and Wozniewski nearly killed us on his own... not that we didn't lose anyways. Hal Gill shouldn't have been beaten that bad on the second goal either I didn't see the first two games yet so i can't really say much about the team yet. The defence has definitely improved over last season, but i'm still not sure if it can carry the leafs very far. Hal Gill and Kubina are decent and we'll have to see how they work out. Raycroft is a big improvement over Belfour and he's got a shutout so that's a good sign. I was disappointed that we didn't get any big offensive free agents in the offseason. The problem with the leafs over the years has been the fact that they've never had a highly skilled player to play with Sundin. I really would like to see Mats on a line with Poni. Sundin is a lot better on the wing then at centre - why he's so good when he plays for sweden. As for the young guys - i think there's a lot of promise in them. I don't think they're mature enough to carry the team far yet, but i think the leafs have a good future.

On a more serious note, why is there Nabby bashing going on?
