I said to him "Nice to meet you, Bonehead" and he said "nice to meet you too" to me. We shook our hands and had a little chat. Top guy. He came exactly as what you would except. I felt like I've known him for years. A real character and down to earth it seems. The band lost something when he left and never gained anything from Gem and Andy in my opinion. Whether it be personality, ethos, spirit - which I think encapsulated itself in his performance - that rawness and sincerity went when he left too. |

I have really enjoyed these listening parties, Bonehead is a great host. Nice that he'll do The Masterplan too.

Due to studying for uni exams i forgot about the BHN party, so its cool that theyre doing The Masterplan as well.
Also good to know that Bonehead doesnt mind Magic Pie. I find the verses drag at times but like him, ive always liked the chorus. Noel’s vocal is very melodic.
Bonehead sounds like such an appreciative bloke, who id love to meet sometime. Even if we dont support the same football team 😂

I read that, he should just admit he can't be arsed, or not answer the question altogether instead of giving a paltry excuse. He could have responded to what the others (Burgess, Bonehead, Brian Cannon) were saying during the listening party, they would've jogged his memory. But nevermind, it's not a big deal; Bonehead is still a big fan of this era & keen to share his memories with us. He's a top guy, I'm glad we get to see him back onstage nowadays with Liam! |
