I think it's a solid tune with an epic chorus.
Where did it all go wrong is easily one of the best Oasis songs.

HC and sotsog are good.
DBTT is shit.
DOYS is half great and half shit. Would've been better off having a full solo rivalry between the gallaghers in 2003.

Looking back, I probably see it this way.
1: What's The Story (Morning Glory)
Easily the best. Huge Choruses and a lot of their best tunes.
2: Definitely Maybe
Great album. Not quite as memorable as Morning Glory, but still a lot of classics and a consistently great tracklist.
3: Be Here Now
Through all of it's faults, this is still a band in it's prime. Liam's vocals are great and the songs are massive.
4: Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants
Really good record. A few duds, but it's the last good Oasis album.
5: Heathen Chemistry
Better than the ones that came after it. Bad production and vocals, but it has more solid songs than the ones that came after.
6: Dig Out Your Soul
Almost feels like a comeback at points, but about half of it's crap.
7: Don't Believe The Truth
A few good songs, maybe 4. Rest of it's awful. Something about the production just makes it sound really sickly and crappy. Not good.
