I will just edit this post whenever something interesting happens. Lot of people here, I can't tell any band members (sorry), Liam is here already looking cool as fuck wearing sunglasses and a black parka although it's 30 degrees at least in here... and there's a tambourine hanging down his mic I'm only allowed to film from one perspective (straight at Liams mic) and whatever gets recorded I need to get checked after. They just started making noise (nothing more ) but Liams "1,2" gave me goosebumps. Last time I heard him live was nearly 3 years ago in rome. First song is a new song that I dont know. Loud and fast. Liams voice sounds great. Tambourine is smashed already Flick of the finger right after Flick again cause it was aborted. Liam said "even U2 fucks it up sometime" New song. Again loud and fast. Those three songs would make one hell of a start. What was that sound ringing around your brain My ears are ringing already but this is totally worth it. Dont think they start their sets with this but Liam sounds great still. No cutting words at all. Trumpets come up for the next song which is a new one. Wow...huge song, they ended it with a few bits of Whatever. Next one is Evil Eye... Power cut during evil eye which didnt sound good to be honest. Liam is pissed Back again, Liam said "30 songs to go" Listen Up!!! lower key but this was perfect. Next ones will be BHN songs. DYKWIM Ashcroft is here DGA and SBM in very short versions. Liam didnt sing a lot of them and they cut the songs. MBM next one. All in all Liam is on fire his voice is great so far. Short break now. Mic also just got smashed Ashcroft will do two songs with them later. Could also be in London with Liam in march but he didn't wanna say for sure. Few things: I can't prove any of this now so either you believe it or not and I'm fine with both. But wait a few more weeks/months and you will see yourself. And no this won't be the setlist for the shows they just test the songs. Also I'm not the only one here. People from Q and NME are here too as far as I saw. But the only recording I will have Next ones will be new songs again. First song I really dont like. Acoustic, repetitive, nananas, with Ashcroft on guitar and backround vocals (singing nanana with Liam on the same mic) First single sounds huge live. Big chorus and solo. Another new song. Sounds great. Ashcroft on guitar. But Liam isn't happy BOADC He started singing DLBIA following a "don't believe the hype". Everyone was quiet for a few seconds Worlds not set in stone is next. I always liked the song and now I love it another break now apparently. Four Letter Word Live Forever but Liams voice is giving up soon :/ Yeah that's it. They tried a new song but his voice is fucked. He had a cold apparently. A shame but until now it was great I think. Anyway that's it from me now. And yeah you ladies will get your proof but until then you won't have any other choice to believe it or not...

Wow, looking back its staggering that any of us even entertained that being real. I didnt realise it was quite that bad.
I think the reason we all believed it so much is because some magazine interview he did a couple of days later confirmed he was actually doing BHN songs. Kind of gave it legs for a while.
It was still the funniest troll ive seen on here though.

Looking back into it, i can't believe how me, and obviously the entire community fell for it. When you compare the wording on this, to the stuff IGotFlair shares on here, the differences in apparent credibility are obvious. But when we are hyped about something, we, as people, tend to believe too much.
The guy is still a absolute vagina. Doesn't he have a YouTube channel now, where he shares clips from pretty much any concert Liam does these days?

IIRC the reason so many of us were willing to believe him first was that he was actually a really active and respectable member of this forum for quite some time. His whole trolling saga is quite baffling - did he prepare his trolling by investing time in being a respectable member first or did he one day suddenly just decide to wind everybody up? He's definitely the biggest troll I can remember from all the years I've been a member here (6 years).
Question to the veterans: Has there ever been an even bigger troll than him?

Whats his Twitter again? I always forget and don’t want to accidentally follow him. I’m not good at remembering drama lol He's been using names carlo or cigs&alc or whatever the fuck the youtube channel was called... But yeah, as thestylecouncil said, he was actually a credible member (kinda...) at first and posting everywhere in the forum. He had mentioned he's a journalist or something and then slowly started talking about the possibility of interviewing Liam and it then started to build up from that. You gotta remember this was in 2016 when Liam wasn't quite the big name as he's now with his solo success. I'm sure people were naive and very hyped about his comeback so thinking straight was easier said than done. That was certainly the case for me. Another weird thing I remember about him is that he actually started PMing me at one point saying he's got some relatives in my country and asked if I want to have a beer with him if he ever travels here. I wonder if that offer still holds

Wow, that was quite something. Most trolls don't put that much work into it, but he sure did. It must have taken him hours to come up with all those bullshit scenarios, it almost makes you wonder if he got off sexually from tricking people or something. Absolute madman.

He's recently created a few fan-made docs about Oasis but he's not having my view added to the count. And I don't have time anyway. Most of the stuff on his channel is nicked from here or other YT and social media sources. He was cigsandalc11 on Twitter but his account has now been disabled... he had Carlo has a name though. The guy was a total fraud and I hope he never comes back.

I've been a member since 2017 so I'm new. Can someone explain who "bastardno1" is and what he did? I've seen that name mentioned a few times in the last 2 years and I'm curious. Thanks Who is bastardnumber1 ? He is supposed to be Turkish. Some say his father was German. Nobody believed he was real. Nobody ever saw him or knew anybody that ever worked directly for him, but to hear oasisserbia tell it, anybody could have worked for bastardnumber1 . You never knew. That was his power. The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. And like that, poof. He's gone. Beady’s Here Now always said, "I don't believe in God, but I'm afraid of him." Well I believe in God, and the only thing that scares me is bastardnumber1 . God bless.

He was really good troll, building his story for months. He was also writing on all other threads here, he wasn't someone who just came to troll everyone. He said that he will do interview with Liam, that he is journalist and why wouldn't you believe him? He wasn't writing anything spectacular, he didn't say that he is best mate with Liam, he didn't write some sensational stuff... Then he wrote this. You must confess that it is very good written and that is convincing. Just look at all those details. But I must admit that I found out really quick that he was lying and I was just enjoying reading all that shit after.
So I wanted to write the whole day down but it´s just too much and also not that interesting when you haven´t been there I guess so I put it down to the stories by Liam and whatever I think was fun/interesting.
First of all he was in a very good mood as we came to the pub, he even remembered my face, just didn´t know from where which was a huge honour for me. Then the other guy did the interview with him and he fucked it up as I told already and Liam seemed to get a bit annoyed and I was afraid he will leave right after. But as they were done and he left Liam came up to me and said „So what you want from me“ with a wink. I was really nervous, I mean I already met him and chatted a little with him but this was totally different for me. Beside that I never really did anything like that it was fucking Liam Gallagher, the guy who I actually stalk for years via youtube, forums and other media and probably know more uninteresting things about his life than he does himself.
The good thing was he didn´t know that but the even better thing was that he saw I was nervous so he just ordered two pints for us and started chatting about everything and nothing. After a few minutes it was all fine so we started to talk more about music/Oasis/his stuff. We started with BHN cause it was just released and I didn´t really wanna talk about Supersonic, it was known anyway already.
As already told Liam wasn´t involved in any of the Chasing The Sun releases but liked the idea of it. As I love BHN and the whole era I wanted to get at least one story that I haven´t read yet. And to my surprise he had a lot to talk about. Beginning with the recording and that he was proud to be able to record at Abbey Road although it turned out to be shit, ending that he is thankful nobody died back then cause of their lifestyle back then.
So BHN: He said Abbey Road was all fine but it was more of a nostalgic thing to to. He loved being there listening to Beatles tunes but the rest was shit. He also was not in the right mood to sing properly and only tried 2 or 3 songs. He prefered Ridge Farm but loved the Air Studios recordings cause it was „all family“. As for the build up he said it was all too much and everyone around the band got too coked up. I asked him if there really was a meeting about the stage set as Noel said and he said yeah, but it didn´t last longer than 30 minutes. Someone just said put up what´s on the album cover and that´s it. But yeah he hated it being in that small Phone Box every night
I asked about touring and what he can remember about it. HE said he hated to do the U2 gigs cause Oasis shouldn´t have been a support band at that time, no matter if it´s america or not. But they of course had a good time even then. He said he almost broke his foot during rehearsals for it cause he jumped off the stage. He remembers the Cardiff shows were great. Worst show for him was one of the US shows before they got to Japan because he was totally drunk, couldn´t even walk and fell a few times. I showed him the Lille footage and he said that was one of his better days and everything was cool About the end of the tour as said above he is glad everyone was alive. Even he thinks now that they overdid it at some points. Drinks and cocaine everywhere. But it was all worth it...
The interesting thing for me was that he knew quite a lot about back then. Don´t wanna make him sound like an idiot but we all had black-outs and if I would have been him back then it would probably been a 5 year long black-out.
As I didn´t really wanna talk about the DM/MG years as it´s all know pretty well now I just asked him about any hidden versions of songs sung by him like Sad Song and there still should be a lot around. Maybe not Noel sung songs (as already said he did Step Out and DLBIA but isn´t sure if they still exist) but there are for sure tons of other versions he did back then which are not released and „should be on the next re fucking issue“. Also there are demos, better said outtakes, from Liam starting to write songs back then which he still has apparently (And I´m working to get my hands on them or at least listen to them one day).
The rest I already told I think about the Real People recording and the 92 TV thing. He just didn´t know a lot about it anymore.
The next obvious thing was the time after BHN and Liam really got serious about it. Talking about that it was hard for him with Bonehad and Guigsy leaving cause they were his best mates then and he couldn´t think of doing it all with someone else. But Noel brought in Andy and Gem so it got alright. Still a lot changed for him back then. Noel changed a lot, a new band more or less, Noel and Liam had a lot of fights from the start on. Noel quitting the band wasn´t that bad actually from Liams point of view. He thinks Noel just wanted to prove a point so he had to prove his point that even Noel isn´t irreplaceble. At the end it was the same as always for him „just without Hitler telling everyone to shut up“
The next interesting thing to me was the DIV sessions. He said he loved what they did and thought it would have been a nice new direction but the songs were weak and Noel didn´t wanna go that way. They did 2 sessions, each around 8 songs (which is more than we know so far I think). The interesting thing is that Liam did vocals for all those songs, also for Mucky Fingers. But I will have more information on that next year
I also asked about the end but Liam just said it´s all said and done and shit happens. Didn´t wanna ask more as it looked like he wasn´t too happy talking about it.
We didn´t talk a lot about Beady Eye. Liam said he couldn´t just stop doing what he did for 20 years and the rest also wanted to keep on doing music. He thinks it was the right thing to do and he would do it again although it was nothing like Oasis anymore. He was disappointed that the second album didn´t do better though.
Liams future then... well I can´t tell a lot about it yet. I actually thought there will be some more festival announcements this week but looks like no. All I can say is that in my opinion it will be advertised more and there is a lot more thinking behind it than the Beady Eye stuff (from what I can say at least). From what I heard so far this will be a really great album. Not the repetitive stuff we know. More than Liam plus an acoustic guitar. His voice is magical (believe it or not). He is still mad fer it Live I already wrote he will do Oasis songs but not just the typical stuff (I fucking hope he sticks to that). Have a bit more patience and you all will be happy I think
This is not all we talked about and and as soon as I get any footage I upload everything including some funny stories. I had a great afternoon and night with the guy talking about every shit there is. He is just a really great and funny guy. One time we got out for a cig his phone rang so I went in. As he came back he looked pissed and I asked if everything is okay (thinking he had to leave) he just said „Yeah, just never get kids. They fuck your life up more than drugs can ever do“ As for the songs he sang, I´m uploding them them minute I have them. I already told him that I have to do that cause there´s too many people loving to hear this and he is all fine with that. If everything works out I can do some online-diary for his tour but this isn´t fixed yet, I still have to figure out some private/work things.
So... thanks to Liam, I´ll send him the link to this so he might check it
Happy New Year and if you have questions, I won´t answer them in the next few days

whether hes a claiming to be a journo or liam's best mate, i dont believe random people on the internet...at least not until theyve proven themselves.
then, if this guy was a journo, it wouldve been easy to check his credentials. literally anything hes had published.
also, personally i wouldnt get excited if someone on here really was interviewing liam (or noel). i mean, good for them, but it makes zero difference to me who the interviewer is.
and finally, what youve quoted is NOT well written. neither the grammar or the content. not that thats any proof the guy isnt a writer, but it doesnt bolster his claim... he gets an A+ for effort tho.

Nobody was that excited about that interview, interview was first part of his trolling, he said that he will make interview with Liam and asked us to post questions for Liam. I think that he actually is journalist and then he posted that fake story about meeting Liam and there is nothing sensational in that story, so why wouldn't you believe him? He was respected forum member. He is German so it's unfair to talk about his grammar and if we talk about content, it's easy for you now to say that it is not very well written when you know that story is fake. I think that he was saying all the time that there will be video soon or full interview in some German magazine and everyone was waiting for that, you just didn't even thinking that much about his post about meeting Liam or analyzing it if it's fake or true. He was forum member like all of us, with no history of trolling and he was posting regularly on other threads, he wasn't someone who just came out of nowhere and told us that he will interview Liam. Liam announced that he will go solo but that was the only information that we had so ofc that people were hungry for informations and it was much easier to believe in such fake stories. And in his glory days of trolling, Liam and his team were completely silent and also everyone else, so when Bastard said that first single will be in March, that was the only information that you could find and luckily for him, while he was trolling, nobody denied it. Then he said that he was invited to attend Liam's secret first solo gig. That's when people got excited, not because of that interview, but that was when it also became more obvious that his story is probably fake. But it was fun.

Oh wow. Only thing I can say is that the clue was in his name.
