Genuinely surprised how much people are hating on this.
I thought it was pretty inoffensive.
It’s funny how it’s just a chorus repeated for an entire song though. Clearly YOTA are above boring things like verses.

This was awful. Shocked Noel agreed to this Soccer AM performance. 😩 So unlike him. Not a chance that a band without a wikipedia page and less than 2,000 twitter followers getting a slot on a TV show the size of Soccer AM without having Noel Gallagher playing guitar with them. |

With this TV appereance and the Gorillaz ones, i suppose Noely really enjoyed them...but his fans...well..we can see her face, his cool stage presence, his swagger...but we can´t barely hear his guitar or his voice!!! what a waste of time...if at least songs were any good

I am actually really shocked by reactions to this song. I really don’t get how people hate it?! It’s so good! Total banger! Really catchy, great bassline, loads of energy. It was brilliant at XOYO. And they’re actually really good musicians. If you think it’s alright but no more than that, then fine, but it is definitely not ‘awful’. I’m so stunned by some reactions, it’s so good.

I am actually really shocked by reactions to this song. I really don’t get how people hate it?! It’s so good! Total banger! Really catchy, great bassline, loads of energy. It was brilliant at XOYO. And they’re actually really good musicians. If you think it’s alright but no more than that, then fine, but it is definitely not ‘awful’. I’m so stunned by some reactions, it’s so good. Well, i´m not saying this is awful. But, for me is really shocking that the MAN who wrote ¨Live Forever", "Champagne Supernova", etc etc is involved in such a mediocre song and performance. |

It’s not exactly a tune in the same genre as those songs so why compare it? I don’t mind it, the major problem is the boring generic cut and paste Kasabian style chorus that’s just repeated ad-nauseum - Kasabian comparisons legitimate as to how insipid it is. Instrumentation is fine, the rapper is suited to this style but the lead singer ruins everything. |

Man alive. It's like watching the Mystery Jets (when their dad was in the band) but listening to a local band. One of the ones who've got all the fancy gear but zero ideas further than a Shine compilation. Or one of those Cheatify playlists you kids have these days.

The studio version is alright, got a bit of a Noel hook to it (I'm not sure which bits he wrote towards it mind you) and it does sound like Kasabian, which isn't necessarily that bad a thing. The live performance does look a bit cringey but the standard awful TV mixing doesnt help.

I like the studio version. I will say the strangest thing about the live performances is that he is in the YOTA jacket. I don't think the song or the collaboration is un-Noel but wearing a band uniform is very un-Noel

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this but this song sounds like it borrow from 'I put my hand inside a toilet'.
Not exactly the same but there are some clear similarities. Saw this movie with my daughter and the rest of the movie was worse than the song. Don't recommend it.
