What is the last picture of Noel and Liam together? Can't find any pictures of Oasis at V Festival in 2009.

These are not the last photos of them together but I just want to point out that the good old Jill Furmanovsky was shooting them during the last summer tour. This photo from Heaton park is the only one I can find at the moment but the December 2009 issue of Q magazine had "The Last Two Years of Oasis through the lens of photographer Jill Furmanovsky". Jill was also taking photos from the DOYS recording sessions. EDIT: Found the scans from Q: live4ever.proboards.com/thread/60079/december-2009-scansTwo pictures of Liam & Noel together can be seen here - one backstage at Bridlington Spa, the other one from Wembley 12 July.

Those jeans Noel’s wearing are shocking, though. Very late 00s.

It's amazing that we still don't really know why the band split up. We've still only got educated guess for the most part. There could be a good book in it if anyone ever gets to the bottom of it.
Incidentally, did anyone read Where Did It All Go Wrong: Oasis's Millennium Meltdown (or whatever it's called)? Any good?

I remember I liked it, you did not learn anything new - if before you had consumed almost every available interview! - but a nice summary and cleverly put together.

Incidentally, did anyone read Where Did It All Go Wrong: Oasis's Millennium Meltdown (or whatever it's called)? Any good? I've got it, it is good though I'd hoped for more focus on the 1998-2000 years and the book spends a good bit of time going through the pressure problems the band faced in 95-96 that led to people saying they needed time off before BHN. Not a long book but some good insights into the later years, follows nicely from Forever the People documenting the band through 97-98.
